Image Design and Advertising opened its doors in January, 1998. Wilson Brooks decided to form the company when the free-lance projects he was working on became too much to handle while working a full-time job. Brooks began his company in a 300-square-foot space that contained two offices. Within six months, he had hired three employees and moved into a larger building.

By 2001, the company had officially changed its name to Image Marketing Group, Inc. and moved into its current location. The client list has expanded to include approximately 130 active relationships with local, regional and national businesses. Among those clients are a healthcare system and a financial institution that have been with Brooks from the beginning. In an industry where the average lifespan of client relationships is under three years, a ten-year partnership is extremely rare for even one client. “I feel fortunate to be making a living doing something for which I have a passion. I have a great group of creative and innovative individuals who have formed a fantastic team. We are extremely excited about the future." said Brooks.

Image Marketing has grown into an award-winning agency that can boast of achievements at the regional, national and international levels. But, Brooks is quick to point out that awards are not the focus of this company. “We win awards for creativity and we’re proud of them. But true creativity wins something more important: business for our clients.”
