JFSI was founded in 1998 by John E. Fair following years as senior technical consultant for US Airways. From the outset, JFSI embraced several core beliefs:
•Being small never justifies being inefficient
•Very small companies have the same core requirements as very large ones -- differences are merely matters of scale
•Customer service must be priorities number 1, 2 and 3
•Clients want to feel that they're getting value from the money they spend.
